Well I guess according to them I must be a terf because I do not support pornography, prostitution, extreme fetishism, or the label “transgender.” I do not want to either share labels or space with them. I’m also publicly outspoken about it! I don’t totally agree with what is going on here at Gender Trender but I will agree this much many of your concerns are valid! Kick me out of the “LGBT” won’t hurt my feelings a single bit. http://www.heartlandconnection.com/news/story.aspx?id=1201784

  2. australopithecene Says:

I thought they already were a coalition

    • DaveSquirrel Says:

We knew they were a coalition/alliance from way back – just they are being a bit more open about it now.

I wonder when the trans-supporting anti-porn libfems will wake up and get a clue? It makes no political sense to support a group of people who are politically opposed, oh, and throw those who are aligned (radfems) under the bus for these porn hounds.

      • Anti porn libfems? They exist? I have never met such a woman I sure hope they exist, but being a sex pozzie, john defender, sick kink and porn pusher, is a vital part of the whole lib fem belief system. Just saying you think porn is anti woman gets you slurred as a “prude” or the ironic “right wing fundy”. Maybe that’s why I have never met an anti porn lib fem- any lib fem admitting this truth would be viciously censored/silenced and rejected, both by the men she worships as well as her lib fem “sisters”.

I personally think the rapid rise in MTT has everything to do with the mass quantities of porn men use (and the huge increase in meth use, but that’s for another day). You can see the porn influence in their pornofied personas, fantasies, and even their mannerisms. Its obvious that many identify with the degrading female role in porn; none actually take up the real female role.

Autogynephilia explains a lot of this, but that still begs the question- where did that paraphilia come from? I say porn, and of course, the ever prevent obscene amount of daily misogyny.

Since pornographers/ Johns/ traffickers, and MTT have the same roots in seeing women as fodder for their sexual depravity, they make natural allies.

I just wish the lib fems wake the fuxk up on this one, so we could stand united against this stuff. I know it happens, as I was once a sex pozzie cheerleader too, but it does not happen often enough. I get more traction from apolitical women and moms than the lib fems!

      • kesher Says:

There are some libfems who are porn/prostitution critical. I’d consider Amanda Marcotte a libfem, but she criticizes certain aspects of porn (although doesn’t oppose it wholesale) and has zero patience for johns.

      • Leo Says:

Yeah, there’s certainly some pornography and prostitution critical LibFems, even if they’re not outright anti-, or are possibly afraid to say if they are.

A good way to get through to them is often the intersectionality angle. Pointing out how pornography can rely on racist objectification, the fetishisation of lesbianism for men, and how ableist they’re being if they try saying that ‘sex workers’ help disabled people, meaning men, of course, have sex. Those kind of issues. Asexuality, too, and the ‘freedom from’ angle on supposed sexual liberation – helps get across to sex pozzis that actually not everyone, whether asexual or sexual, wants to have to live in a hypersexualised society.

      • No name Says:

Prostituted women are there because they are poor. Most are just trying to survive- they are not there because it is sexy, they are not there to provide services for disabled males. Most the johns have problems, and some of the men are there because no woman will go near them- they are so nuts and/or that abusive.

The problem with their coalition is that
        1. Pimps and johns are protected over the prostituted women doing the job. Pimps are calling themselves sexworkers at slut walk and beating it into kids heads that they are oppressed as well in the sex industry. So-the red umbrella group promotes and protect- small time trafficking. That would be all these facebook pimps lure teens away from home- these are the guys they put first. A well known guy in the trans community pimped out his wife before he abandon her and went to go live as a shemale prostitute, Last I heard, He has raped another young man as well. Men with sexual problems are drawn to sexual abusive situations – the fetish took over their lives.

        2. They refuse to make debt bondage[a trafficking/modern slavery technique] illegal. This means that a brothel owner/pimp can pay your debt, and force you to prostitute yourself for discount pay and discounts, because you owe him. They do this in labor trafficking too, but in prostitution, this takes away female bodily autonomy as humans with rights to their own body, and you don’t get to turn down a customer, your creditor makes the decision. For the most part, it is sexual slavery of women[but children are clearly- the primary targets].

If this is encoded into law, then men can sue [any] women into prostitution, as debt collection. I don’t know if this would apply to all women, or just adult entertainers, but men with porn addictions have some weird ideas. It opens possibilities for men if they can pass it with no controls or humanity for the prostituted women/ children.

        3. They refuse to include drug treatment and exit programs. If you can’t leave, it is not a choice. 90% of the women in that industry want to leave, but are unable to because of poverty/drug habit, illness[yes, a hospital bill can put you there..] They are at the street level and not online like this 11% of mostly white girls that are on-line going to raves with the money, having a club-kid life. The law needs to protect the 90%.

        4. If you made drug testing [same kind when you apply at grocerystores,] 98% of everyone ‘choosing’ prostitution would fail the drug test and be at series risk of consent violation if they were tested on the job. [Too intoxicated to consent]. To these women that are poor, this is usually not their first choice- they end up here when there is nothing left.

        5. The older you get, the less you make. There is no future, retirement, or healthcare.

        6. They have a great HIV plan that protects men- The prostituted women can’t sue a john for hiv, but the john can sue the ‘dirty-sexworker’ that gave it to them. Of course there is still no testing on men in legal brothels, so it is a half-assed attempt that has only slowed down the infection rate.

In places with ‘queer’ prostitution, meth addiction and HIV rate are very high because of the demand for everyone to look the other way.

      • DaveSquirrel Says:

freefromsexpozzies – yes absolutely there are anti-porn libfems, there are ‘all varieties’ of libfems, because the basis of the politics comes from the individualist/choice point of view, therefore they all pick and choose the feminist (and anti-feminist!) bits that they personally like, and cobble it together, and call it some variation of One True Feminism.

Some of them though, believe that they are ‘radical feminists’ merely because they are anti-pornstitution, and fall flat on a lot of the wider class analysis applied to various things. Then they stomp their feet, and declare that their [trans loving/anti-pornstitution/make-up loving, etc, /whatever bits they pick and choose] are True Radical Feminism, and ‘those radfems over there’ (actual radical feminists) are prudes, spoilsports and transphobes! I call this lot, RadFauxs.

Back in 2012, when Sheila Jeffries was being blacklisted by Conway Hall, there was an AP libfem who showed her true colours when she called actual radical feminists ‘transphobes’ on the Guardian thread. I stopped reading her blog after that!!

It is ultimately counterproductive to align with groups or individuals that, although they may be aligned in one or two areas, are opposed in other areas. Sooner or later, that difference will become a huge problem.

      • kesher Says:

Feminists who hate porn and prostitution I’m sure are keeping themselves proudly ignorant of how much MTTs love both.

I think of how Andrea Dworkin was nominally pro-trans back in the day and how she would lose her damn mind if she could see MTTs now.

    • Jane (the first) Says:

Transentryists are high on their own legal success and intellectual farts at this point. They imagine that media exploitation of their cult will automatically translate into the support that gay orgs spent decades building on same-sex marriage. Trans on the other hand have done none of the grass-roots work gays did. They believe that they can impose their will on the public from the top down, and then safely pull the mask off all their paraphilias. I think they’ll find they’re wrong, and that all their legal shenanigans can be reversed once the public actually realizes what they’re about.

The trans cult obsesses over the tiny radfem remnant, ignoring the still fairly religious majority. The only hope they have of selling the trans to middle class moms and dads is to keep all their pornsick freaks under wraps. Now the “brains” of the trans cult think it advantageous to do the exact opposite. Look at the response to articles on news sites that leave comments relatively unfiltered, like Yahoo. They’re already bucking against the trans agenda. A huge audience for the Bruce Jender freak show doesn’t equal support.

Unleashing their Carlottas on the public will be a disaster, and I hope they do it. Make it as obvious to Joe and Jane Sixpack as it is to us that transactivists see their daughters as nothing more than a resource to sacrifice to their paraphilias. Make it clear that the current wave of transbians is the direct result of the pornification of our society. Allow us to point out the studies showing the corrosive effect porn has on brain function, particular that of young people. Let everyone know that predatory transactivists want strip clubs and even brothel owners to set up at high school job fairs. That will be the end result of the normalization of prostitution they demand. Paraphilias never stay in the bedroom, but inevitably take over the lives of those afflicted by them. That is exactly what liberals have chosen to enable with their support of the trans cult.

The last straw for me was sex-poz liberals’ attempt to no-platform Chris Hedges from speaking on resource extraction simply for his opposition to the sex industry. I refuse to have anything to do with a “left” that grooms young women to enable pimps, pornographers, johns, and depraved lefty bros as a political duty. Take your parasitic resource extraction of class:female and shove it.

I do what I can locally for women and girls and wait for the sex-poz train to ride off the rails, which it will eventually.

      • MaryMacha Says:

As a lifelong leftist, I have to say, the left is a joke and leftist culture sucks.

      • DaveSquirrel Says:

Intellectual farts indeed. I believe you are correct, that the religious majority will probably shut them down eventually, at least in women’s spaces – the prime example was the girls’ swimming team being relegated to change in the closet (link here at GT). Girls are still regarded as male property (the fathers’), so it will be this religious/conservative element that ultimately has more clout than the dudes in dresses.

There is only one problem, the religious majority were onboard with the trans thing because it was a neat way to ‘trans away the gay’, which is why they either supported or were silent on it in the beginning. But in flounced the autogynephiles, and took over (being the majority), so clearly, that is no longer ‘transing away the gay’, so any support they once had, will fairly quickly disappear. I happened to check out No Name’s blog, and found this, which really says it all:
        https://anywoman2.wordpress.com/2015/05/11/crossdressing-or-bare-penis-how-does-a-guy-get-off-in-the-ladies-room-an-autogyno-dilemma/

So ultimately, blogging focus should be on those areas – exposure to girls, and their penis waggling/bragging (and I can never unsee Serano’s seven minute monologue about his “lesbian penis”).

It is hilarious that the trans borg have spent so much time shouting down a few hundred radfems who don’t have any political power, and ignoring the ones who are in power that can shut them down! I guess that is what happens when you devote 24/7 to your paraphilia, and whoopsies, kind of forget the bigger picture… LOL

They will be their own undoing.🙂

      • “Trans” means that God made a mistake, and man can fix it. I have relatives who are disabled, and none has ever indicated that they were “born in the wrong bodies.” I don’t see how the religious right can say that “God is wrong, and man is right.” Especially when so much money is being made in the ever-expanding trans industry. The religious majority haven’t thought this through. How can Big Pharma correct God? Lol

  3. Tiki tiki tavi Says:

It’s all about sex with MTt anyways

Everything from furries to anime to crossdressrr culture to sex poz stuff
It’s so common to see many of them focused on porn

    • amym440 Says:

Neither MTt nor FTt have the strength or conviction to just refer to themselves as the man or woman they claim to identify as.They have to put “Trans” qualifiers in front of them first to appease their guilty consciousnesses for lying. I say I’m a woman. No apologies or “trans” identifiers. I don’t need nor want “trans” rights.

      • David Says:

Personally, i hate labels. Using them means that you have to rely on people’s preconceptions foremost when expressing who you are.

But I’m a little confused about this case. if i were to just call myself a woman, some people would think i was being deceptive or crazy. If I were to call myself a transwoman (or one of many other obscure labels that may apply…(honestly, there’s too many for me to keep up), then that’s locking me into a demographic…rather than being a human being, i’d be an object for hatred or pity or curiosity.

Either way, it’s a lie, so of course there’s an element of guilt.
I think of myself as a woman, not a transwoman, or anything.
It’s not just me either, it’s a fairly classic perspective. About 40 years ago, one of the earlier studies of TS/TG people found that when asked, nearly all subjects identified as being their rightful gender, not “trans-anything”. The public sees something different though. Being true to myself contradicts what the public perceives. Acting male or bearing a label contradicts who I actually am.

Btw, not everyone is an activist, so we don’t all have all have a great deal of strength or conviction. Being born with a physical deformity isn’t exactly something anyone wants to shout from the mountaintops–it’s hard to feel any sort of pride in that. I think most trans people don’t want to cause anyone any trouble–we just want to be silently accepted for who we are–or in the very least, for our uniqueness to be ignored

      • GallusMag Says:

Sir you are not unique in any way. You are just a typical man. Being a typical man is your only deformity.

      • Bea Says:

“nearly all subjects identified as being their rightful gender”

It’s not your “rightful gender.” Trans is your demographic, or male, or man…there’s a reason you need to stay “locked into” that demographic. You have fuck all in common with actual women.

      • shediogenes Says:

Why is it statements that start with… “personally, I hate labels…” are always followed by a laundry list of bullshit intended to show everyone how enlightened you are. Much as you hate labels, I got one for you- narcissist.

      • David,

” Personally, i hate labels. Using them means that you have to rely on people’s preconceptions foremost when expressing who you are. ”

No, you hate words — which people use to communicate with one another.

        ” If I were to call myself a transwoman…then that’s locking me into a demographic…rather than being a human being ”

“Since when has the “woman demographic” been considered as human beings? Was it before the Salem Witch Hunt or after?”

What about lesbians? Do you think my life is easy as a gay female, or do you think I’m perceived as less than human by some of society?

        ” I think of myself as a woman, not a transwoman ”

Your thinking is wrong. Despite cosmetic surgery and carcinogenic hormones, you are still biologically male. Adult bio males are men. That’s an indisputable fact, and it cannot be changed.

You may think you pass as a woman, but again, you are incorrect. Heterosexual men don’t settle down with fake women, and neither do lesbians.

” The public sees something different though. Being true to myself contradicts what the public perceives. ”

Again, same here. Do I give a rat’s ass about how the public perceives me as a lesbian? If I did, I would be neck deep in the closet…swigging whiskey to cope.

” Acting male or bearing a label contradicts who I actually am. ”

Whatever you do is “acting male” because you ARE male. Even in lipstick and heels. You don’t don’t have to act anything, just be yourself.

        Gender is a social construct; it’s MAN-made.

Sojourner Truth realized this a century ago. Every female should be familiar with her powerful “Ain’t I a Woman” speech. It’s really quite simple to grasp, and renders surgery and hormones unnecessary.

Gloria Steinem said a long time ago that men need liberation, too. By that she did not mean self-castration…she was thinking more along the lines of self-acceptance and self-love, so they too can fulfill their destiny and potential as HUMAN BEINGS.

You’d be better off expanding the definition of being male, rather than cutting up your body to be a Frankenstein version of a fake “woman.”

      • MaryMacha Says:

For an MTT to say he is a transwoman is less of a lie than for him to say he IS a woman.

    • David Says:

I think that’s an unfair generalization.
I hate porn. I have no interest whatsoever in physical intimacy. In fact, i find public displays of affection fairly disturbing.

I think a lot of people have a hard time separating gender roles and sexual orientation. For example, I’ve noticed several gay men act effeminate, as though being attracted to men made them less male.

Maybe people feel the need to embody the exaggerated stereotypes that society indoctrinates.

      • GallusMag Says:

“femininity” is not inherently female, sir. Did you take a wrong turn somewhere?

      • Ben X Says:

I think a lot of people have a hard time separating gender roles and sex. For example, I’ve noticed several sexist men assume that mannerisms are sexed, as though “masculinity” made a person male. Maybe people feel the need to perpetuate the exaggerated stereotypes that society indoctrinates.

      • gg Says:

Behold the result of the “LGBT” coalition — a man who disapproves of gay men acting “effeminate.”

      • kesher Says:

“Using them means that you have to rely on people’s preconceptions foremost when expressing who you are.”

“For example, I’ve noticed several gay men act effeminate, as though being attracted to men made them less male.”

So, to be clear, no one else is allowed to put any labels on you, to perceive you as anything other than what you want, but you perceive effeminate gay men as not really being men, and you think you have a right to judge them for that?

There are plenty of effeminate gay men who have gotten shit all their lives for their mannerisms, and many try to curtail that feminine presentation to make their lives easier. Do think that’s easy for them? Do you think they’re happy living that way? Do you think that’s fair for them?

What gives you the right to dictate how other people are allowed to behave while demanding that we treat you like the special snowflake “woman” you want to pretend to be?

      • Bea Says:

Okay, since you’re obviously mentally ill and hella dense, let me spell it out for you, bro: you’ve got a dick, balls, and a Y chromosome…you’re a man, male, that doesn’t change regardless of mutilation of genitals. A gay male or a tranny can act however he so chooses, and that behavior is male behavior. One’s sex doesn’t change depending on the firmness of their handshake, okay?

      • Bea Says:

Oh, and anti-porn feminists don’t hate porn because they’re asexual (WTF was that about?). That’s like saying, “I don’t rape because I don’t have a sex drive.” This guy is clueless.

      • amym440 Says:

I’m not a fan of porn, prostitution, or hardcore BDSM. It doesn’t mean I’m asexual or want to be or that I am a prude. I think the difference though between the exotic view and what I listed above is the difference between using a feather for play vs the whole chicken.

I think a lot of people worship gay men’s sexuality and use it as part of their justification for being “sex positive” but forget the type of Positive that many self identified gay men contracted from it.

More than 312,000 dead. Who knows for sure how many are on retrovirals till they take their last breath, and now the invention of the truvada whore. Rather than admitting “sex positive” leads to HIV positive and the destruction of lives its still being promoted. Equally disgusting you can see it also being supported on the conservative side and in some of their arguments against same sex marriage. Things like why let them marry, they are only going to be promiscuous any way.

I didn’t make it passed the age of fifty by acting irresponsibly. I stayed out of the “gay community” for the most part and it kept me alive. I had boyfriends (never met one in a gay bar) but I had regular relationships with them. I did not buy into the “autogynephillic mindset on either the homosexual or heterosexual side. I realized early on having sex does not necessarily make you a woman. In part I see what Janice Raymond was saying about raping what it means to be a woman. I certainly see it in certain parts of both the homosexual and heterosexual populations of supposed T people. You can see it in the words of those who un apologetically worked as prostitutes and point the young ones to it and from the autogynephiles all caught up in BDSM. Their path to womanhood involves raping what it means to be a woman and their fantasy self as a woman.

That crosses all cultural lines but they’d love to deny it does. I also know that in many cases autogynephiles are the johns of homosexual T people and drag queens into prostitution. I had a drag queen room mate for a short while who turned tricks on the side. Another friend that had told me about a drag queen they liked many times but never admitted they wanted to be a “woman.”

I didn’t put two and two together until I came home one day and he is tied up on the floor being called a bad girl by the drag queen.

The guy tied up was a married man and I do not know that if at some point he had brought aids home to his wife. I don’t support messing around on someone else. I also think it is irresponsible to romanticize it in movies or on TV.

It doesn’t matter whether you are “gay,” straight, Trans, male, female, or whatever we’ve thrown out any sense of personal responsibility and decency. That is costing lives! That is what I do not want to associate children with or set them on the path to become!

Because of the way the “LGBT” is set up and because of all the freaky stuff it supports and supposed “infighting” no one can have a serious conversation about how many lives have been lost because of the very “LGBT” itself.

      • GallusMag Says:

Usually the homophobic transwomen who post here are heterosexual male “transbians”. I have to hand it to you, sir: You are the most homophobic, self-hating, reparative-therapy transsexual gay male that has ever posted on this site. Wow. I’m approving your comment for that reason alone. However Lisa, for the sake of my own sanity and the stomachs of my readers I’m going to have to re-ban you now. You failed to exercise self-control and hold to our agreement about refraining from spewing your disgusting shit all over my blog. Folks can just flock on over to your cesspool of a blog to read years and years worth of this shit. Goodbye forever now.

      • MaryMacha Says:

Effeminate gay men are NOT “less male.

      • DaveSquirrel Says:

        “using a feather for play”

        BDSMer alert on amym440!

    • Zosha B Says:

Amen. Their tumblr blogs are chock-a-block with the bullshit and they think that this all has something to do with womanhood? It’s a fucking sick reversal is what it is.

  4. GallusMag Says:

I can see the HRC sponsored Job Fairs now. There’s Jazz Jennings future sorted.

    *puke

    • gunhild Says:

Transactivists are already sexualizing these “trans children” so the next step is to brainwash them into becoming “empowered sex workers”, right? Janet Mock are you ready with the underground railroad?

    • gchild Says:

Lol.Your right. Jazz is a transspokesperson. I saw him on youtube answering questions from strangers about his sexuality. Obviously, his parents think this is just dandy. He was all dressed up. Make up, hair done, the works. Isn’t Jazz 11 years?

And he said he is pansexual because he doesn’t discrimate against people based on bio sex or gender. How perfect is that?

Thing is, I thought Jazz liked boys based on other videos. But maybe not (he is still a child!).Then I had a horrifying thought. If he does only like boys, there isnt any way to say that without falling into a transpokesperson trap. If he only likes born boys, he is transphobic. If he only likes born girls, he is transphobic/transsexist. In both instances, he might be gay. Then there is homophobia. If he only likes trans (when does this happen?) he excludes most people. And none of the above help the transbian crusade to make ALL females sexually accessable trans.

Regardless of his true sexuality, he has to go with pansexual. Plus, he is a kid. Talking about his sexuality. In a video that has been prepared. Staged. Set up. On youtube. For strangers. Pervs, pedos, etc. I have a kid around that age. Jesus of Nazareth couldn’t convince me to allow this.

I can’t help but wonder if his parents made sure to coach him on his “sexuality” answer. They know how important it is to have the support of as many people as possible. Because support equals endorsement equals money.

Pimps are usually savvy about these things.

      • kesher Says:

He also hasn’t hit puberty yet, obviously, since it’s being artificially delayed. It seems pretty easy to declare yourself “pansexual” when you don’t yet have hormones weighing in on that topic.

      • I’ll say it again, they’re bringing kids into foster care because they play alone in the park, but allowing a minor to talk to strangers about his sexuality on the internet is totes cool. Are these people out of their minds? Do they really not grasp the danger they’re putting their kid in?

      • Actually I don’t think he will have any sexuality when he is an adult since puberty blocking gnrh antagonists and cross sex hormones for mtfs reduce these feelings drastically. I think the puberty blocking drugs are even worse since I’ve read many posts from men who say that the gnrh antagonists made their libido completely disappear. There was also a tv show named “embarassing bodies” and one episode was about a man who didn’t have puberty. He had no feelings of attraction whatsoever. So what will happen to male adults who had to take puberty blockers AND hormones as children/adolescents?

  5. neme Says:

PPT: pornography, prostitution, trans. Or PPSTTGF: pornography, prostitution, sex traffickers, trans, genderists & fetishists.

No one asked us if we wanted the non-homosexual Ts or furries or autogynephiles under the queer or alphabet soup umbrella. Time for post peak trans pushback. It’s not even a matter of kicking anyone out, it’s just being transparent and admitting the true alliances and affinities that already exist.

  6. Charlotte Says:

When you have to make a coalition with porn peddlers and sex traffickers, you know your movement is having problems….

    • They do have problems, but joining the porn sick johns and pimps makes sense for them. The sex lobbyists are powerful, and they share a very significant belief- that wimen are cum dumpsters, breeders, slaves. They all have the money, power, and political/business connections to make all trans dreams come true.

Just look at the speed in which they have hijacked much of public discourse on gender, pushed in crazy laws (old MTT on girls sports teams, FFs!), and even got themselves Medicaid coverage in my home state! You know how hard it is to get anything covered by Medicaid? Only powerful MEN could make this shit happen, let alone in such break neck speed. And that is one powerful coalition.

You know women are gonna suffer anytime men get together like this…

  7. Oak and Ash Says:

So, let me get this straight–if it weren’t for us mean radfems, life could be just one big orgy? (And how long before we hear that disapproving of people being hurt is “triggering” to those who enjoy hurting them?)

Also, soon everybody but one elderly couple in Des Moines will be stirred into the alphabet soup.

    • Pf Says:

Nah. You gotta distinguish yourself from more than one elderly couple in Des Moines. What about your Uncle Henry who is so exquisitely embarrassing? Or Aunt Emma – who let her buy skinny jeans, anyway? And the way she holds hands with Aunt Jo? OMG!!!! They can’t possibly be letter soup. Too embarrassing.

But your cousin who wears eyeliner and treats his girlfriend badly? Totally queer.

      Eyeroll.

  8. No name Says:

When a man has autogynophilia and a porn addiction that has spilled into his daily life, they will seek more connections with adult industries to feed the growing 24/7 fantasy life that becomes increasingly harder to afford. It is worry some that these are the same guys that are campaigning for legal access to children.

Porn starts off as a little escape, but then escalates and replaces the social life with the family focus. As narcissism grows, obtaining specialized sex gets put first before taking care of a wife and kids.

Many of these men walk away from families with children for their sexlife- and they become interested in other people’s kids.

Many transsexuals[the normal ones that are gay] were trying to get away from prostitution/ trannyporn/hung Shemale image, but-these are Johns and consumers we are talking about, not men that enter the industry and sell gay sex.

But like Chelsea Poe said, he doesn’t make porn for the money, and if you don’t make porn with his ugly ass to protest transphobia, your a transphobic bigot, go DIAF.

This is just a men’s sexual rights over women/children movement.

  9. shediogenes Says:

sex workers are already exploited by pornographers, now they have to form a coalition with them too? Well, if a tranny says jump, I guess the sex worker has to to say “how high?” Just fuck this pomo, libfem, sexpoz shit.

    • shonagh Says:

The term ‘sex workers’ already encompasses pimps and pornographers as well as prostituted people – and in some contexts (eg the membership criteria of the ‘International Union of Sex Workers’) it even implies the inclusion of *buyers* of sex. So.. it’s better not to use the term at all. It obscures the reality of the sex industry in a really horrible way.
I’ve known about this for ages, but I’m still staggered at the sheer gall of including employers/owners/exploiters in a so-called ‘union’….

      • shediogenes Says:

Oh, so the dood filming the rape and the guy committing the rape and the bro makin hella money selling video of the rape are all just equal coworkers, yanno, like collegues with the woman being raped for pay on video. Well isnt that just fuckin jolly. Yeah, they’re all just sex workers here, but somehow only one of the “sex workers” has anal tearing and a sore throat, somehow her fellow managed to avoid the bruised tonsils and rectal wounds.

Yes, I would agree, the term sexworker is most definately a problem

      • kesher Says:

It makes it clear how impossible it is to unionize people who aren’t employed by a large entity. In a large organization like a corporation or a government agency, it’s clear who’s on top and who’s on the bottom and who needs the union representation. But when an “industry” is made up of a bunch of different independent workers, it’s impossible to unionize. There’s no one to organize against.

At best these “unions” could be lobbying organizations, which is, in fact, what they are. These organizations solely exist to advocate for legalizing prostitution.

  10. See, the fact that the M2T community is so into pornography is evidence that they are NOT inherently female.

What mother wants her daughter to grow up to do porn or prostitution? None. So if you don’t want YOUR kid (or niece or sister) to do porn, then why is it ok for anybody’s kid? Men don’t get that; women do. Some men don’t see prostitutes and porn stars as real human beings.

Who goes to college to develop skills for the sex industry? Nobody. There’s no future in it, and many porn stars end up committing suicide. After becoming drug addicts first. It’s not s life anyone aspires to.

Women see prostitution for what it is: the buying and selling of human beings; aka “slavery.” Nobody truly consents to it…if they had a million dollars, they would not prostitute themselves. It’s literally a dead end job…for desperate and vulnerable people, mostly female.

Autogynphiles want to normalize their sexual fetish, so of course they want to normalize prostitution, which is antithetical to womanhood. They want to speak as women for women to accept prostitution and pornography.

Literally, this is just men trying to get down our pants, and co-sign us against our will. Because that’s what men do to women.

We are not interchangeable. If we were, I wouldn’t be a lesbian and heterosexuals wouldn’t be straight because genetalia would be irrelevant.

M2Ts do not look like women…they look like men with broad shoulders and large hands and feet pretending to be female. They look absolutely ridiculous. They are oblivious to non-verbal communication, which most women understand intuitively.

Saw a comment on a general news article where the person’s photo was clearly of an M2T. I followed his link, and checked out his photo gallery. He was a squat middle-aged man in a wig and make-up. He had professional “glamour shots” of himself where he’s sitting on the floor in a short skirt and you could see his underwear.

    He looked like a freak.

He clearly sees women as sex objects, and that is why he wants to be female: so he can be a sex object.

That’s the correlation between trans and porn: women are not human. We exist only for male definition & consumption. Men decide what we like and who we are. They do not listen to us – actual real women – yet they speak for us. They do not love women. They get off on destroying women, and they’re not even honest enough to admit it.

    • mayimoktoo Says:

Agreed. If women are not the hunted sex class, men can’t imagine themselves as sexual prey. If women aren’t the cleaning, childcare, and emotionally invested class, men can’t pretend to be “soft and nurturing.”

If we aren’t trapped in harmful tradition, it’ll be much harder for them to play make-believe. Plus they’d have to give up all that access to sex, child care, and faux-interested listening.

      • Jane (the first) Says:

Great comment. You eloquently call bullshit on the trans cult’s so-called genderfucking. Sex-role enforcement is more like it.

Who thought it would be the left who would seek to cement once and for all women’s status as the subordinate caste? I think they’ll be surprised when they find out how many of us are simply not having this.

  11. Great post.

Twanz masturbating to women being abused is adored b/c that’s what these men think women are.

    • Jane (the first) Says:

You like singing along with Rilo Kiley so you much be a woman? Well I love hockey, old school metal and super-hoppy beer, so I must be a man. Except I’m not. And I’ll put a Doc Marten in your ass if you tell me otherwise, bro.

    • Tiki tiki tavi Says:

Boys liking feminine things do not make them women

      That article was hilarious

    • Zosha B Says:

Please allow me to pull out my tiny violin after reading that dribble. *this* is what these men worry about? Really?

    • morag99 Says:

Well, well. Another article which offers that the love of pink is strong evidence of innate womanhood. The question is, though, is that particular shade of pink right for him? Er, I mean … is it right for “her”? The crazy commenters at xoJane are considering this important question while they unabashedly celebrate sex-role stereotypes.

Oh, these people are just too much!

  12. Jane (the first) Says:

Frankly I find it chilling to see sex-pozzers not only ramp up their policing of the left, but to do so with lefty approval. There’s always been a sexual fringe, but history shows that periods in which extreme sexualization takes over never last long. These people are obviously far too broken to understand what they’re unleashing upon the world.

For a picture of the amazing voyage Kate Bornstein has in mind for young women, read this article:

    http://www.villagevoice.com/2012-05-02/news/kate-bornstein-amazing-voyage-gender-scientology/full/

The whole piece is risible sex pozzie bullshit, but this bit stands out for me:

Kate and Barbara are both celebrities in the world of sexology, and it has them on a constant schedule of appearances, giving talks and workshops about sex and gender.

“Colleges bring me out to the campus. That’s how I pay the rent,” Kate says.

As RadicalFeminist said recently on Twitter:

Academia erases women’s lives and works, stifles and blocks women’s thought processes and enshrines men’s lies as truth and objectivity

You only have to see what academia did to feminism to recognise how awful it is – postmodernism, queer theory, sex positivity

The real energy in the women’s movement is in spaces like this one, far from academe. I give the college debt bubble until about 2022 or so to pop. When it does, the Bornsteins will all be out of work, but we’ll still be here.

    • AreUSayingWhatUThink Says:

“Academia erases women’s lives and works, stifles and blocks women’s thought processes and enshrines men’s lies as truth and objectivity”

There’s my life story in one sentence. Pitiful. There’s this wonderful movie with John Travolta in it, “A Civil Action,” playing this lawyer who went around the bend to fight a big polluter (based on a true story), and the lawyer winds up broke and handling penny-ante cases – I LOVE THIS MOVIE. Then in the end, someone at the EPA takes on the case he fought for, for so long, and the Superfund cleanup fund gets established.

I feel like that penny-ante lawyer in his crappy office, having a crappy “non-career,” an embarrassment to the people he used to know. I am so thankful for GenderTrender, I can see ways out of the morass, a twinkling here, an opportunity I can create for myself there, on the edges of postmodernist woman-hating dogma. I’m in this battle for the long haul, eating my crappy egg salad sandwiches in a crappy office.

I’m honored to be here, serving you up a healing measure of false hope. 😛

      • GallusMag Says:

      • Oceans Says:

Amen!! I love this place too. I tried a radfem group on facebook but had to leave when I didn’t toe the party line about how trans people were eeevvvviiiiillllll (I see transgenderism as an expression of mental illness rather than evil). I so appreciate the sharp dose of reality served up by commenters reminding me that I am not the crazy one because I see the emperor has no clothes. I hope that our message will get out into the mainstream media. I am thoroughly tired of their politically correct fawning genuflection at every trans story.

  13. Anon Male Says:

I know none of us here are surprised by this. Because we’ve all seen this all before.

But it’s shocking that Bornstein hasn’t, living in whatever bubble he’s got going on — I mean, all the udder-widdle-twaaannies are so far beneath him that he didn’t even see this garbage directly so when he absorbed it by osmosis, he thought he came up with the idea himself.

    Bornstein literally “Columbussed” this.

He discovered this vast plot of radical feminists surprisingly being against *all* forms of patriarchy… all… by… himself! Somehow! Shocking! Nevermind all the MRAs and pimps and trans and Salon.com writers who have been aghast at that for decades.

So, lowly trans of the interwebs who can only dream of slamming back fancy cocktails at Manhattan writers’ parties at John Stoltenberg’s place: this is how much your betters give a shit about you and what you’ve been up to.

This is how much they really care.

You think they even read any of your tweets that don’t reference them? That’s so cute.

  14. @australopithecene

“I thought they already were a coalition”

Anyone who actuall knows what is going on knows full well that there is already a coalition between transgender organizations and pornography. It’s been going on for years. Feminist organizations, especially feminist organizaitons who actually care about girls and women don’t get support from the porn industry. The evil “TERFs” are the only people who have consistently spoken out against pornography. We know how much trans folks love the “TERFs”.

One of the major reasons why transgender activists have been so successful is because at its core it’s a men’s rights movement. The porn industry is a very lucrative business, and it’s run by wealthy white males. I’ve always wondered how much money transgender organizations get from the porn industry. I know that every year at the annual Philly Trans Health Conference there are always representatives from the porn industry. They were there last year and the year before that, and they will be there this year. If someone could track the flow of money, I bet they would be surprised at how much money flows from porn producers and the kink community into trans organizations. It’s well hidden, but it’s there. Also, people would be surprised at the number of closeted wealthy autogynephiles.

Transgender activists will never address male violence even when its male violence that is killing them, and they will never do anything to offend porn producers. They know which side their bread is buttered on.

To fully understand how toxic and damaging porn has become, women should read “Pornland: How Porn Has Hijacked Our Sexuality” by Gail Dines. It’s extremely depressing, but women need to understand that other females are being tortured for the sexual gratification of men. It’s that bad, and there is no other way to describe it. If women can find the book at a public library, go to youtube and watch some of Gail Dines videos. She is an excellent lecturer.

Women need to wake up. It’s perfectly fine for young men to tie women up and beat them in dorm rooms. All they have to do is say they were acting out “50 Shades of Grey”. It’s all sexy fun time.

I believe that we are living in one of the most misogynistic periods in modern history, but we can’t see oursevles for what we have become.

  15. Kelli Says:

    Dear Gallus,

I know we don’t agree on many things, but I thought I would share with you that I DO learn from reading all your posts. I also post on transgender forums and I came across a cartoon that I felt was totally inappropriate. It used characters that spoke to each other using Cis- and also “assigned at birth” crap.

After seeing how this agitates females I spoke up. It is narcissistic.

I don’t plan to be your poster BOY (LOL, pun intended) and join your autogyn crusade, but I though i would share at least this little common ground we have. I know you won’t agree with all of what I said, but the main 2 points are exactly the same as you have stated. Have a good day. This is my post on the transgender forum:

I don’t get the cartoon really. I couldn’t see past the inappropriate use of cis-gender. The word should be tossed out in my opinion. Do we really need to use antagonistic words when its not needed? Save your energy and time with real battles. I don’t really give a F8&C what rad-fems think of us but there are some truths I think the transgender community should pay attention to that I do agree with them on:

    1) You are not assigned a sex at birth, you are observed to be male or female by your external genitalia. People don’t like to have their reality redefined for them by transgender people. Your gonna piss them off. If I am going to piss them off, I would rather have it be over a real issue. It’s a simple observation.

    2) cis is an unnecessary prefix that separates two types of females and stigmatizes transpersons as second class type of gender. It’s like you are pushing your agenda by using this in everyday language. It screams “notice me, i am a speshul snoflake!” as In….”Oh, you are cis-gendered? I am trans-gendered.” How about “we are women”? and if that doesn’t work for you, then carry your own baggage with you and declare your trans-gendered status on your own without making a natural born female change the way she sees herself as just a female…ok sis?

Personally I would like to identify as female gendered. Call me “stealth” or whatever, but I’d rather just go un-noticed and blend in. Somehow I am caught in the middle because trans think I am not in the fight and on the other side, they will not even accept me as a female. I don’t cause trouble if I don’t have to. Wearing it as a badge of honor only divides the issue into two types of women and makes natural born women prefix their gender with Cis. I know what the Latin means. It’s not the point. It’s offensive to women in general to have to be forced to acknowledge their is some ‘other’ type of female out there that they must share gender with. I’m just a female. Period. or no period. 😉

    • GallusMag Says:

You are male, not female. Transwomen are not women. They are men.

    • Bea Says:

“It’s offensive to women in general to have to be forced to acknowledge their is some ‘other’ type of female out there that they must share gender with.”

Yeah, no. You don’t get it at all. There is only one type of female, and we aren’t born with testicles! You’re a eunuch in drag, get it right!

      • stchauvinism Says:

Men dont think of women as people,we are just objects and roles that men can use and inhabit as they see fit. It is so sexist and homophobic to say that a man who wants to look like the female sexual stereotype of his culture is a woman, why not broaden the idea of what a man is to include those men we now call tranwomen? If transgender males wanted to be radical and challenge sexism instead of co-opting it for their personal use, they would claim their rights as men to reject masculinity. As long as transgender males are claiming to be women, they are just functioning as eunuchs of the public harem and helping their brethren keep the women folk in line.

  16. Cassandra Says:

Late to this thread but I just want to say that this blog and the commenters here are so awesome. I also read some libfem blogs and it’s getting harder and harder to stomach the “cis” and “trans men can have a baby” comments.

These comment show up on PZ’s blog, Amanda’s Raw Story blog, Scalzi’s blog, they even turns up in RH Reality Check. They’re on We Hunted the Mammoth (which surprisingly enough is tolerant of porn critical, female-grounded experience comments—they’d be massive hypocrites if they weren’t huh, being a blog devoted entirely to MRA crap—and I think a few radical feminists contribute there, even though the general audience of that blog is decidedly third wave and very young and not connecting the dots). Trans philosophy is hard to get away from—I was so appalled by that New York Times editorial. Everybody is taking crazy pills! And then I come back here for a long cool drink of reality water.

Anyway, I try to talk about this issue with any normal apolitical person who will listen and recently apprised one of my het male former boyfriends about the whole thing. He’s relatively open minded and was so confused when I tried to explain the difference between sex and gender, gender roles, masculine/feminine.

What really surprised me was he said that he had, a number of years ago, on two separate occasions, “been burned” by men he thought were women, in that it took him far too long, almost to the point of intimacy, before he realized they were men. I was like “How could you NOT KNOW?” He replied, “Drugs and alcohol.”

Guess those trans were lucky that my friend is not a violent dick. He thinks of himself as a progressive hippie type (ugh, I know), but he certainly does know that male is not female, which makes me wonder how many of these liberal guys just go along with it because it’s the party line. I bet most probably know darned well it’s nonsense.

Sigh. Whatever happened to the dream of Free to Be You and Me?

“There’s a land that I see, where the children are free…”
That is until your parents exploit your dysphoria and delay your puberty for lucrative skin care advertising contracts so that you can be further exploited by corporate America. So free.
