Noted transgender activist Dana Rivers was arraigned Tuesday on charges of committing a brutal triple homicide in Oakland, California in the early hours of Friday, November 11. The victims have been identified as lesbian couple Patricia Wright and Charlotte Reed and their son Toto “Benny” Diambu-Wright.

Rivers allegedly stabbed and then shot the victims in their home, which he then set ablaze in an attempt to destroy evidence. Rivers was apprehended while attempting to flee the scene of the crime on Reed’s motorcycle. He was covered in their blood.

Police state Rivers made statements confessing to the crime. He was arraigned without bail on charges of triple homicide, arson of an inhabited dwelling, and possession of metal knuckles. He faces life without possibility of parole, and potential death sentence.

Rivers’ motive is unknown. The Mercury News reports: “Authorities have not released a motive but have indicated it might have been a dispute over some property”, while Fox Channel KTVU News reported: “Sources said the case is an isolated incident involving a domestic dispute.”

Dana Rivers (formerly David Warfield) rose to national prominence in 1999 when he was removed from his tenured teaching position as an IT instructor at Center High School in Sacramento following allegations that he inappropriately over-shared personal information with students following his on-the-job gender transition.

Rivers was subsequently featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, among other national media. He planned on writing a book and selling a movie version of his life story. With the help of an ACLU attorney Rivers negotiated a $150,000 buy-out of his tenured position and resigned. He discussed his decision in an interview with GenderPAC here: http://www.qrd.org/qrd/trans/1999/interview.with.dana.rivers-12.07.99

Excerpt:

“IYF: What are your chances of getting another

teaching job in the public school?

DR: Excellent. Not only am I an award-winning

teacher with years of experience, but California

is in the midst of a serious teacher shortage. To

be honest, I am not worried about getting another

job in a public high school.

IYF: What happens now? I know that you have some

speaking gigs. Do you see yourself continuing as

a gender activist?

DR: I have been thrust into this role and, to be

honest, I love it. It is part of who I am to be

up front, candid, and in the spotlight. I do not

believe that this means I am particularly vain or

ego-centric. Rather, I know I am capable of

speaking out, and it feels good to move the

mountain. As long as people want to hear me, I

am willing to spread the word.

My transition thus far has been easy (yes,

even though I lost my job) compared to my sisters

and brothers who have faced ridicule and physical

harm for their gender difference. I am humbled by

the effort and energy of GenderPAC and the other

organizations who are trying to make a difference.

IYF: You just addressed NGLTF’s ‘Creating Change’

in Oakland and traveled to Washington to meet with

Rep. Barney Frank, among others. Tell us about your

new-found high-profile status as an activist.

DR: It’s been fun, a bit overwhelming, and very

rewarding to have so much attention paid to my

situation. I have been interviewed by newspapers

and radio programs and magazines from as far away

as Germany. ABC News has followed my case closely,

and flew my daughter and me out to New York to be

on Good Morning America. I had to secure the help

of an agent to handle the flood of requests for my

time. A book and movie are being considered.

I actually had Diane Sawyer and a producer

from Oprah Winfrey on the phone at the same time

a few weeks ago. People magazine named me one of

the 25 most intriguing people of 1999, and Jane

magazine named me one of the Gutsiest Women of

the Year. It is amazing! I hope this exposure

gets our message into homes where normal people

can look at me, hear or read about me, and decide

for themselves if I would be a good teacher, or

neighbor, or spouse.”

Rivers was last seen in the media in a 2008 Bay City Reporter article featuring his work as a teacher in the Five Keys Charter School program in the San Francisco County Jail.

A vigil was held yesterday for Benny Diambu-Wright at Berkely High, where the nineteen-year-old graduated from high school last year before enrolling in nursing school. Over a hundred people burned candles and shared memories of the young man and his mothers. Patricia Wright, a special-ed teacher, had worked for the same district for a decade until her retirement last year.

tangerine premier london

Filmgoers attending this weekend’s London premiere of ‘Tangerine’, Sean S. Baker‘s independent film shot on modified iPhone, were greeted by stickers and flyers distributed by a group of women calling themselves “Lesbian Nation”. The group protested the film’s depiction of extreme misogyny and the normalization of male violence and brutality against women. ‘Tangerine’ features an extended sequence of a man repeatedly slapping, battering, dragging and lifting a kidnapped woman, violence which goes on for several scenes and is played for laughs: because the male perpetrator is a “transwoman”.

Women are referred to as “fish” by the male protagonists throughout the film, also played for laughs in what the filmmakers describe as a “transgender revenge comedy”.

An excerpt from the (not terribly feminist) RogerEbert.com review: “[C]ertain aspects of the story are—as Internet thinkpieces are found of saying—problematic, particularly the violence that [male actor] Sin-Dee inflicts on Dinah, grabbing and dragging and lifting and even slapping her repeatedly, over the course of several scenes. “Tangerine” treats this action as outrageously funny; it seems to expect us to write it off as, “Well, this is just what would happen in that world,” a valid enough observation, but one that only takes us so far. True, the violence is balanced by subsequent scenes of Sin-Dee and Dinah and eventually Alexandra reaching a kind of understanding, and even displaying tenderness toward each other. But the later scenes don’t cancel out the sour taste left by the earlier ones. This is a case where the problem isn’t what’s being shown, but the film’s evident attitude toward what it’s showing us, at the moment that it’s showing it.”

The ‘Tangerine’ film is the latest example of a growing popular trend wherein liberal males get a pass on overtly expressing their violent hatred of women under cover of supporting the transgender movement, which is itself based entirely on sexism and misogyny and the celebration of female subjugation.

“The Misogynist Comedy of the Year!” “A Treat Not to Be Missed if You Like Violence Against Women!” mocks the Lesbian Nation protest flyers and posters, which were designed to mimic the film’s promotional materials. You can view their message in its entirety below (click to enlarge):

Violent trans Zoey Tur:

Violent trans Zoey Tur: “You’ll go home in an ambulance”

“You cut that out now or you’ll go home in an ambulance,” threatened helicopter pilot Bob “Zoey” Tur to fellow Dr. Drew panelist Ben Shapiro, after grabbing the Orthodox Jewish man and holding him by the back of his neck.

Shapiro had offended Tur by commenting that “transwomen” are chromosomally male. Tur responded that chromosomes were irrelevant to genetic sex, because of people with Kleinfelter’s syndrome. Dr. Drew interjected that Tur couldn’t win on the genetics argument and should “stick with the brain scans”. Shapiro then asked Tur, “What are your genetics, Sir?” Which is when Tur grabbed him and threatened to hospitalize him, live on air.

GenderTrender usually avoids linking to Conservative websites, but the HLN network that airs the Dr. Drew Show is apparently censoring the exchange. You can view it [link removed] on Breitbart.com at approximately the 5:20 mark. I’ll replace the link with an HLN or YouTube version if/when when available.

Shapiro reports on Twitter that Tur continued the threats off camera, stating he would “see [Shapiro] in the parking lot”. The panelist had to be escorted off the lot by security for his own protection. Tur has not yet been charged.

A transwoman being described as a “disgruntled ex-patient” was arrested yesterday for the attempted murder by arson of Dr. Douglas Ousterhout, a long-time specialist in transgender facial feminization surgery. On Monday the suspect allegedly doused the front and back of the surgeon’s home with gasoline, then ignited it, after a reported “physical confrontation” earlier in the day. The doctor was home cooking dinner at the time and the fire was extinguished without injury. Dr. Ousterhout lives in the San Francisco landmark home used as the movie set for the Robin William’s crossdressing film “Mrs. Doubtfire”.

The suspect, Tyqwon Eugenen Welch, 25, was located by police on Wednesday and detained and booked on charges of attempted murder, arson, possession of an incendiary device, criminal threats, and trespassing. Police kept Ousterhout’s residence under police watch until the suspect was apprehended.

Before Welch was arrested, some in the LGBT community wondered if another ex-patient, infamous in the transgender community for campaigning against the doctor, may have been involved.

Transgender facial feminization is a small and notoriously acrimonious and competitive specialty. Physicians have been accused of running smear campaigns against one another, lawsuits have been filed, and disgruntled ex-patients have been arrested.

Ousterhout, 79, has reportedly announced, then retracted, his retirement at least twice in the last four years. He continues to practice.

"Terf Tracker" Allison Woolbert (from youtube)

“Terf Tracker” Allison Woolbert (from youtube)

Allison Woolbert, founder of the “Terf Tracker”, “Trans Violence Tracking Portal” and “Transgender Human Rights Institute” resigned today when his criminal past as a violent sex offender was revealed by fellow transwomen Wesley “Laurelai” Bailey and Harrison “Melissa” Savage. Bailey and Savage formerly assisted Woolbert in his cyber-stalking projects, where they “doxxed” and harassed women they suspected might disbelieve that men such as themselves can “become women” by merely proclaiming themselves as such.

They targeted women, in particular lesbians and feminists, by logging those who “liked” posts on Facebook that the men disagreed with. They then posted what they believed to be the personal information about the women on various websites created to facilitate criminal stalking and harassment against them by fellow “transwomen”. Their purpose was to terrorize women who might believe in the idea that sex-roles are culturally constructed. In so doing they hoped to frighten women from participating in the public square of society and silence discussion of the way sex-roles (“gender”) is harmful to women and girls.

Woolbert, formerly known as Dennis Wayne Woolbert was convicted in 1991 of Aggravated Sexual Assault in the First Degree, apparently his victim was a family member. More details will be posted as they emerge. Here is Woolbert’s resignation letter:

Here is the footage of Chaudhary committing violent assault against a fellow transgender community member during the TDOR event.

Regular readers of this blog will remember Chaudhary as the “transwoman” who organized a group of transgenders to stalk and terrorize a small gathering of Radical Feminists as they gathered in a private home. You can read about that here: https://gendertrender.wordpress.com/2013/10/13/this-is-the-transwoman-who-organized-a-public-protest-across-the-street-from-a-small-group-of-radical-feminists-meeting-in-a-private-home/

Chaudhary has a “no trespass” order against him issued by the University of Toronto Campus Police due to multiple violent threats against women and transgenders: “These threats have been conveyed in graphic detail”, says the order, which you can see by clicking HERE.

According to media reports one group of trans activists stole the Transgender Flag from another group of trans activists who organized yesterday’s event, where Toronto mayor-elect John Tory appeared. A new flag was provided by the Sherbourne Health Centre. Regular readers will remember that Sherbourne Health Centre representative Xander Sarkisova published the home address of a lesbian feminist activist online in a call to terrorize and harass the woman and her children in their home. The post emanated from an official Sherbourne Health Centre computer. You can read about that here: https://gendertrender.wordpress.com/2012/01/02/whats-up-with-toronto-sherbourne-health-center-threatening-lesbians/

The Toronto Sun reports that the event ended when it degenerated into a “shouting and shoving match” between violent men who “identify as” women. Click on the highlighted links to read more.

Incidentally, here is the design of the new “Transgender Flag” (intended to replace the pink and light-blue “baby colors” flag) which was unveiled as part of the ceremony:
